Refund policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your ink refill kit without giving a reason.

• Condition of Return: To be eligible for a full refund, the refill kit must be returned in its original, sealed bag. Bottles must have their original seals intact. Opened bottles will not be accepted.

• Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48) as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

2. Damaged or "Not as Described" Items

We take great care to ensure our ink refill kits are high quality and accurately described. If your item arrives and is significantly different from the description (e.g., you received the wrong ink refill kit to what was ordered.

• Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

• We will provide a pre-paid return label or refund your return shipping costs.

• You will receive a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability) once the item is returned.

3.  How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Form with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal) within 5 working days.
